Suggested Parking Garages
Notes: The hotel address is at 1201 Market St, at the intersection of 12th & Market Sts. We are not endorsing any of the parking lots listed here; we are simply trying to provide easy access to information regarding what is available.
For those staying at the hotel:
- Drexel University parking garage at 34th & Market Sts
- Instructions: Park on Friday AFTER 5 PM but BEFORE 10 PM and retrieve your car any time on Monday. After parking, take the Market-Frankford subway line EASTBOUND from 34th & Market and get off at 13th St for the hotel.
- Enter on Ludlow St between 33rd and 34th Sts (Ludlow is half a block south of Market). From Market, go south on 34th, left on Chestnut, left on 33rd, left on Ludlow. You can use these directions from the hotel, or if you have a GPS, you can use the address "3361 Ludlow St Philadelphia, PA 19104."

- $16 for the whole weekend (Friday after 5 PM to any time on Monday)
- Notes:
- Garage will be locked from 10 PM Friday until Tuesday morning. So once you exit, you cannot re-enter. If you arrive and the garage door is shut, you are too late and need to park elsewhere.
- Pay exact change or credit card at machine in lobby when you ARRIVE; machine will display $16 weekend rate only after 5 PM on Friday.
- Manager has assured us that even if the ticket says you must exit by a certain time on Sunday or Monday, in actuality you can leave anytime on Monday due to the holiday.
- If you need to remove your car when the garage is locked, press the emergency call button near the lobby door and you will be buzzed into the building; then press the buzzer at the exit and you will be buzzed out of the building.
- You will need your receipt when buzzing in to the building and to get your car out of the garage.
For those commuting to the meetings each day:
- Philadelphia Parking Authority garage on 10th St between Filbert and Arch Sts
- Enter on 10th St between Arch St and Filbert St
- Directions from the hotel: East on Market St, left on 9th, left on Arch, left on 10th

- $18 per 24 hours
- Enter before 4pm: $9 for 3 hours
- Enter after 4pm: $7.50 till midnight
- Philadelphia Parking Authority garage on 10th St between Market and Chestnut Sts
- Enter on 10th St between Market St and Chestnut St
- Directions from the hotel: East on Market St, right on 10th.
